As part of the Selbe Sub-Center land acquisition, 1,252 units of land were sterilized and maintained. The 158-hectare Selbe Subcenter housing and re-planning project continues to be in development in the 14th and 18th committee of the Chingeltei district and the 14th committee of the Sukhbaatar district. The project will involve releasing and reconstruction of 2206 units, or 158 hectares of land. These are the 14th and 18th khoroo units in the districts of Chingeltei and Sukhbaatar, respectively. For the purpose of to select a construction company to build 4,362 flats out of 113 blocks of apartments for a total of 10,063 families in the Selbe sub-center, two sets of tenders went public on the 7th of this month.

Today, more than 80 percent of the land acquisition process is finished. Particularly, 1,664 among the 1,690 families that the signed compensation agreements have received compensation. In addition, 1,252 plots have undergone disinfection. Three school blocks, five kindergarten blocks, a 100-bed hospital, a 47,530-square-meter parking lot, 152,650-square-meter office, entertainment, and commercial properties, a sports complex, green spaces, and a complete road, bike, and pedestrians path the system are the entirety of the Selbe Sub-Center Ger Housing Project.
